Luie is the Owner/Founder of SplatterTribe Entertainment & SplatterTribe.com. An idea over a decade in the making, SplatterTribe.com has now reared its Mutinous head once more so it will live on for eternity. SplatterTribe is promotion. SplatterTribe is Art. SplatterTribe is Life. SplatterTribe is pure. SplatterTribe is what Luie does.
Luie also stepped out on his own in 2012 and began to perform solo acoustic shows for benefits, bars, community events and friends. This led to recording sessions in the latter part of 2012 and plans to release several EP's in 2013.
Songs like 'No, No, No, No, No', 'Still A Crazy World', 'Nobody Hears You Anymore' & 'Who I'm Talkin' To' have become staples in Luie's LIVE show as he continues to write & debut new songs. A cover or two also make it into Luie's set. Songs like 'Cover Of The Rolling Stone' by Dr. Hook, 'Born In The USA' by Bruce Springsteen, Can't Always Get What You Want' by 'The Rolling Stones' and even the most requested song of all time, 'Freebird' by Lynyrd Skynyrd, have been known to work their way into the show, but that's just the tip of the Titanic Iceberg of songs that could show up in a set. There are no boundaries and no style is of limits to Luie & his acoustic.
Luie also performed with Aaron Fogle from Tree Meets Sky and Nick Glass from Vinal on multiple occasion in 2012 and hopes to perform more shows together in 2013.
