Formed in November 2010 by Guitarist/Songwriter Eddy Metal ( also of the melodic hard rock band Year Of The Gun ), who wanted to play some harder hitting yet soulful rock/metal, Eddy enlisted longtime band members bassist Marcus Goldsmith & guitarist Matt Roeder ( from 13th Level ) & fellow music scene veterans vocalist Brian "Buzz" Pyles and drummer Jeff Beaven ( from Dogwater)! Jamming together for the first time, an instant classic sound was born. Metal with soul. Melodic, heavy, hooky & groovin like a MF!!! Eddy's downtuned sludgy doomy guitar sound/songwriting style 'really' complimented Buzz's redneck southern powerhouse vocals. It was perfect. Not many bands in louevil have great vocals, but Krosjoint was going to be one for sure! No cookie monster bullshit for us. The band has a knack for writing catchy groove laden songs that will have you humming/singing the shit all day long~!!! If we had to sound like somebody I guess it would be...Down, Black Label Society, Black Sabbath, Alice In Chains, Soundgarden, etc, etc...

With an experienced & talented lineup like this, ( almost a hundred years of experience playing out collectively!!! ) we hope to make our mark in louevil history, as a band who did something different, and brought a little soul to the louevil metal scene~!!!
